While listening to the band you will get little pop-ups of random info about the band like history and showtimes. The site is just put together so well, and it's fairly easy to navagate. I think I've found a new favorite site :D

The ENDING?!

So on my journey for new a anime series to watch as I am done with the previous (Gakuen Alice :D) I stumbled upon something awesome. When looking through a list of unwatched series I saw the title "Inuyasha: The Final Act". I looked at it thinking it was just a few episodes that I had missed or watched yet. Determined to finish the anime I though to be done I clicked. To my surprise it was not just a few episodes that I had missed. Oh no, this was an ending to the Inuyasha series. Why is this such a big thing? Well, as all anime freaks should know about, the previous ending for Inuyasha....sort of sucked. It was the cliche, stupid of stupidist endings you could possibly have. They ended it with them running off into the sunset saying "Let's Go Defeat Naraku Together!" or something of that sort. They run off in to the fudging sunset. How stupidly cliche is that? Well anyway, they've decided to finally make a 26 episode adaption of volumes 36 to the end. They've entitled it "Inuyasha the Final Act". So far there are only 17 episodes so here's waiting for the official end of the Inuyasha saga.

Gmail secures their mail

GMail has made their site just a little safer. They've changed the site address from http to https. This helps to encrypt your messages as they go from your browser to the server. Of course, with the good there is always the bad. This will slow down your computer while you send messages. This is why Google gives you the option to turn this feature off. Of course now https is the default for it so you can just go to settings and turn it off if you wish.

Wii+Netflix

The Wii will now be able to stream Netflix movies. You need to have an unlimited movie plan with Netflix which costs about $8.99 a month. You need a disk to run this service and Netflix will send this to you for free. You stuff in in the console and you can stream movies. This aparently coming this spring. So something to look forward to I guess.

Google and China?

Google has decided to put an end to self-censorship. Google said that they're not going to self censor search results anymore and they seem to be upholding that. So now if you type in things such as Tienanmen Square then you will actually get information on it instead of the censored results you would get before. Who knows how China will react to this, but we'll see how this power-struggle plays out.

No Spiderman?

Yeah it's true. Spiderman 4 (which I forgot was even being made) is putting a hault on their production. They're going to start fresh with a new director and cast. Not only are they doing that, but they're starting with a whole new storyline focusing on Peter as a teenager. Why are they stopping production in the first place you ask? Well Sam Raimi pulled out of Spider-Man 4 because he felt he couldn't make its summer release date and keep the film's creative integrity, so a I said before they're all out. There is also some speculation that this new film franchise will be in 3D.

Hologram Stars?

Well then. They are now planning to generate 3D images at the Golden Globes. They call this the "hologram glam cam". Why you say are they having this at the red carpet? Well they're showing the star's past red carpet fashions. Basically they're trying to make holograms more mainstream in life; in this case by embarrassing the stars by pointing out their old fashions. How wonderful.

Intel's Wi Di

Hmm WiDi...I see. Well that most certainly doesn't sound familiar *cough*WiFi*cough* Hahaha anyway. This new technology will let you stream media from your PC right over to your TV using 802.11n. This allows for faster streaming from internet media to your television. This WiDi will be bundled with certain Sony products such as televisions, laptops, and more. It will be shipped out in a matter of weeks. Oh joy :D

Apple Tablet

I swear somewhere in the line of robots and mimes, Apple is going to take over the world. Apple is now coming out with a tablet. It's an even more portable computer. It's like a computer had babies with an iPod touch. So anyway, it's kinda like a bigger version of an iPod touch only it has a normal destop...like a computer. See where i'm going with this?

Project Natal

Woah, okay to some of you this might be old news but not for me. I've just learned about Xbox's Project Natal. It's like a wii only you don't need the wii's nunchucks. For this all you need is yourself. There's a little sensor that sits atop your TV and it scenes your movements and allows you to control what's going on in the game just by moving. So if you want to kick a ball you just kick your leg. O^O It's apparently going to come out in 2010.....oh hey look...IT'S 2010 :O
